We are excited to welcome the new bioinformatics students to the team! Palak Chaudhry and Chris Choi are pursuing their Master’s degrees in Bioinformatics at Georgia Tech and they will be working with us to develop a new tool to analyze human immune development/trajectory using scRNA-seq (Palak) and a new clustering method to analyze Hi-D flow cytometry data (Chris).

Welcome to the team, Palak and Chris!

Krishna Kothari joins our team as a Bioinformatics Analyst. Krishna completed his bachelor's degree in Biology at Emory and his Master’s in Bioinformatics at Northeastern University in Boston. He is interested in developing machine-learning models and pipelines to improve single-cell analysis in immunology. “I am driven to continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in this field and to contribute to advancements in biomedical research. When I am not pursuing research, you can find me on a football (soccer) field or at a bowling alley.” He will use multi-omics single-cell assays to understand human and mouse B-cell and plasma cell development in fetal versus adult life.

Welcome to the team, Krishna!
